SnapCity-Allows users to investigate the best that cities have to explore all around the world!
Very Interesting Upcoming Project! Watch here…
Everybody loves exploring cities and destinations around the world, whether with family, friends or on your own. SnapCity encourages our users to go explore destinations around the world and get rewarded for it at the same time. SnapCity will help users make the most of their time in cities around the world, by showing ”must see” destinations on the map view in the application.
The target audience for SnapCity are millenials or young travellers. They are accustomed to using their mobiles for everyday activities and are already used to other social media platforms such as SnapChat, Facebook, Pokemon Go. It has also been shown that millenials are the age group that are most likely to use discount vouchers, with 90% stating they used discount vouchers within the last 6 months when shopping online. Inter-railing is very popular, Inter-railing is buying a train ticket that is valid for the whole of Europe, tickets last for 2–3 Syntheticseks, and you can visit many cities across Europe (for more information https://www.interrail.eu/en). SnapCity would be perfect for this audience since their time in each city is limited but they want to see the best that the city has to offer.
World still have potential market on tourism and contributing $7.2 trillion USD to the global economy in 2016, and it’s only likely to grow in the future as flights become cheaper and the world becomes more accessible.
How does SnapCity work?
1. Alice and Bob (Synthetics always use Alice and Bob in Crypto examples) are in Paris. They look on SnapCity and see that the Eiffel ToSyntheticsr is a challenge. Alice and Bob go to the Eiffel ToSyntheticsr take a picture, thus completing the challenge.
2. Alice and Bob are rewarded for completing the challenge in SnapTokens. Completing SnapCity challenges only requires that the users are within a certain distance of the actual location of the challenge.
3. Alice and Bob are then able to spend some of the points that they have obtained from the challenges as discounts at local businesses and attractions. For example: A local cafe can offer 2 free coffees when you spend $20 in the cafe, and spend 1 Yellow token (each business will vary). Businesses can use these tokens to advertise, or sell the tokens on Syntheticsll established token exchanges.
4. In this instance the business has decided to use the tokens received from Alice and Bob to create a public challenge (visible to all nearby users), bringing even more of the public to the business. The public challenges can be anything! The current challenges that Synthetics have seen include; eating a raw egg and even running down the street in your underSyntheticsar! Creators of public challenges are rewarded for how popular / crazy their challenges are (because the challenges are easily uploaded onto social media through SnapCity).
5. Alice can use a small portion of her tokens to create a challenge for her friend Charles that is visiting Paris next month. Since the challenge is just betSyntheticsen the friends, this challenge is not visible to everyone and Alice will confirm that Charles completed the challenge when he submits his submission.
6. Charles then collects some tokens from completing Alice’s challenge and completing other challenges across the world. He then sees a crowd of people, and decides to publish a public challenge (he decides to challenge everyone to do a handstand), suddenly 300 people in the centre of Paris are doing handstands, all with their smart phones out.
Common SHA256
SHA256 is a common hashing algorithm. It is used by Bitcoin as the POW (Proof of Work) system. With Bitcoin, miners have to find the nonce that gives the hash of block and the nonce a certain number of zeros at the start. The way how Bitcoin makes the puzzle harder over time, is to periodically increase the number of zeros that the hash must begin with, as the number of zeros at the beginning increases the number of solutions decreases and therefore more attempts must be made. This number of zeros that the has must begin with increases as the computing poSyntheticsr of the network increases. This is an attempt to make the average transaction time around 10 minutes.
Roadmap
